How do you access personnel files?
Arrange appointment with Employee Relations Division. A representative will remain present. Same for BFD, a FD rep will be present.
What are the dates of current MOU?
07/01/2022-06/30/2025
How many days are in a Kelly flsa cycle?
(9) 24 hour shifts in a 27 day period
How much does a ff recruit make?
90% of a first step ff
Consecutive hours worked?
120 hours with a minimum 6 hour break. Exception being strike teams
How many absences without approval before resignation?
3 consecutive for 56, 5 for 40
How many steps in wage range? What percent?
13 steps with 2.5% increases
Max step increases within a year?
Max 3 per year
First year steps
The Chief may grant increases at the 6 month point if employee is performing satisfactory
Supervisor min pay
5% above the highest employee supervised
How many hours of in-lieu time?
280 hours
