- Flexor capri ulnaris (muscle of the forearm that flexes and adducts the hand)
- Medial half of flexor digitorum profundus (flexes fingers)
- Two medial lumbricals (flexion of MCPs and extension of IPJs)
- Palmar interossei (adducts thumb, index, ring and little fingers)
- Dorsal interossei (abducts index, middle and ring fingers)
- Palmaris brevis (improves grip)
- Opponens digiti minimi (Laterally rotates metacarpal)
- Abductor digit minimi (abducst little finger)
- Flexor digit minimi (flexes little finger)

LOAF
- 2 lateral lumbricals (flexion of MCPs, extension of IPJs)
- Opponens pollicis (medially rotates thumb)
- Flexor pollicis brevis (flexes thumb)
- Abductor pollicis brevis (abducts the thumb)

A
- Palmaris longus (flexes the wrist)
- Flexor carpi radialis (flexes the wrist and abducts the wrist)
- Pronator teres (pronation)
- Pronator quadratus (pronation)
- Flexor digitorum superficialis (finger flexion)
- Flexor pollicis longus (thumb flexion)
- Lateral half of flexor digitorum profundus (finger flexion)

- Triceps brachii (elbow extension)
- Extensor carpi radialis brevis (extends and abducts wrist)
- Extensor carpi radialis longus (extends at wrist and abducts hand)
- Brachioradialis (accessory flexor at elbow)
- Extensor digitorum (extends medial 4 digits)
- Extensor digiti minimi (extends the little finger)
- Extensor carpi ulnaris (extend and adduct wrist)
- Anconeous (extends and rotates forearm)
- Supinator (supinates forearm)
- Abductor pollicis longus (abducts the thumb)
