  • Flexor capri ulnaris (muscle of the forearm that flexes and adducts the hand)
  • Medial half of flexor digitorum profundus (flexes fingers)
  • Two medial lumbricals (flexion of MCPs and extension of IPJs)
  • Palmar interossei (adducts thumb, index, ring and little fingers)
  • Dorsal interossei (abducts index, middle and ring fingers)
  • Palmaris brevis (improves grip)
  • Opponens digiti minimi (Laterally rotates metacarpal)
  • Abductor digit minimi (abducst little finger)
  • Flexor digit minimi (flexes little finger)
