Success, success isn’t determined by the amount of money you have acquired instead it is determined by how fulfilled you are with your career choice also it allows me to be a role model to my successors
What is the difference between a big ego and a healthy ego?
“Ego” should be replaced by confidence. It is good to be confident as it shows that you know what you’re doing. However, a big ego is when confidence spirals out of control and becomes arrogance

YES, set professional goals that you have met and others that you are on track to meeting

Prioritise based on business importance. Set cleat timelines for each so that yo know which one as to knock out first. Get you teammates to help of necessary

Do you work well on a team? How would you define teamwork?
I would define teamwork as getting the job done in J.P Morgan Asset Management whether that means if i have to do more than the guy next to me as long as the work gets finished

I am a hard worker and a fast learner, and although other candidates may be more qualified than i am, i know i can learn on the job and do it well
What are your thoughts on failure?
Failure happens. It’s part of life. The key understanding that you can’t be perfect at everything and more importantly you’re going to learn from failures to come out stronger.
What do you look for in terms of culture - - structured or entrepreneurial?
Structure is good to maintain a focus on priorities and making sure people are productive but having and entrepreneurial spirit can help cultivate new ideas that can truly help the company

Tr to create a competitive atmosphere, trying to motivate the team as a whole, organising team building activities, buildings good relationships amongst people

Quality work to me is about doing work to the set standard

Liked. You want to work harder for people that inspire ad motivate you. Fear only lasts for so long.
Why asset management?
Attracted by the prestige of the career. OR unlike IB where you advise clients in AM clients trust you to make decisions first hand. Get to work on difficult but interesting problems everyday.

Management of investment on behalf of third parties. (Know the clients of the companies)
