Advantages of motivation
Increased productivity (output per worker per hour)

Financial incentives to improve employee performance
Piecework: the employee is paid by how much work had been done.
Commission: Reward to the sales person based on the value of sales
Bonus: Reward given to an employee, usually at the end of a year or month, normally for meeting certain targets
Profit sharing: strong motivator, as everyone in the business is working for a common goal
