A motion for summary judgment will be granted if the MOVING PARTY can show that there is NO GENUINE DISPUTE OF MATERIAL FACT and the moving party is ENTITLED JUDGMENT AS A MATTER OF LAW. A party may file a motion for summary judgment at any time until 30 days after all discovery has concluded
