Motion
Occurs when an object changes it’s position over time compared to a reference point
Distance
The total lengths of a path between two points
Displacement
The length and direction in a straight line
What is the difference between distance and displacement
Displacement is The length and direction in a straight line while distance is the total length of a path between two points
Vector
A quantity that has Botha magnitude and direction
Speed
The rate at which an object moves or the distinct moved in one unite of time is speed
Constant speed
This occurs when the speed of an object dose not change
Average speed
Most objects change speed during the course of their motion.
Velocity
This is the rate of change in an objects position

Changes direction

When you combined two velocity that are the same direction you add

The rate at which velocity changes
