What is morphology?
Morphology is the part of the grammar that is concerned
with words and word formation.
What is a word?
A word is the smallest free form found in language.
What is a free form?
A free form is an element that doesn’t have to occur in a fixed
position and it can appear in isolation in many cases.
What are morphemes?
Morphemes are the smallest unit of language that carries information about meaning or function.
What is the difference between simple and complex words?
Simple words consist of a single morpheme, while Complex words contain two or more morphemes.

What are root morphemes?
The root

An affix that is attached to the front of its base is called a prefix.
