A

To prevail on a claim for strict products liability based on a manufacturing defect, the plaintiff must prove that: (i) the product was defective, (ii) the defect existed at the time the product left the defendant’s control, and (iii) the defect caused the plaintiff’s injury when used in an intended or reasonably foreseeable way.
