What is the Chapter Management Program? What are the three levels a chapter can achieve? What level is every chapter expected to achieve?
The chapter management program also known as (CMP) is a web based program.
The purpose of this is to communicated between collegiate chapter and national fraternity.
The Three levels are:
Accredited Chapter
Chapter of Recognition
Chapter of Excellence
Every chapter is expected to do achieve the accredited chapter

What is the difference between a LEAD school and LEAD provincial conference and why should you participate?
Lead stands for: Leadership and Excellence Academies for Deltasig.
Lead provincial conference: This is conducted annually for each province usually in February or March.
Lead schools: Are scheduled across the country usually in October and November
I should participate to better myself personally, professionally and fraternally while also developing my leadership skills. It is also a great chance to support the fraternity and have fun at the same time.

Explain the educational and leadership consultant program in your own words.
Basically this program is something DSP provides to improve the chapter, they give advisement on your financial records, help with bylaws, fraternity benefits, pledge education, risk management.
Its basically there to help improve the chapter as a whole.

The mission of the leadership foundation is to raise money, to provide scholarships and fellowship to members, and fund educational programs of the fraternity .

PARTICIPATING: in an Alumni chapter or in the various national leadership and professional development events
ATTENDING: Collegiate chapter events
SERVING: On the national level as a board of directors member, Regional Vice President, District Director, or national committee member.

ASSISTING: A Regional Vice President or other national officer.
