He is a role model to his children for morals and children because he shoes them how he treats everyone with respect. Regardless of their skin colour, background, culture and social status.
How is Leigh Anne a role model for her children?
Leigh Anne uphold er families values and this encourages Michael to feel accepted and part of the family.
She stands up for him for when Mike when people are racist.
The importance of family in TKAMB.
The finch family look out for one another, this is reflected in the self esteem and confidence of the characters.

Ewells don’t have the support of their father like Jem and Scout do and because of this are left to fend for them selves.
The importance of family in the Blind side.
Michael was homeless and didn’t have the support of his family, this was reflected in his self esteem. Because mike didn’t have his family he struggled in finding happiness and comfort.
The importance of family example in to kill a mocking bird.
When Mike is welcomed into the Touhy family he automatically has their support and love and he developed confidence in himself and his abilities. This is reflected in his success. Mike now has more confidence in what he is doing and he discoveries his new identity.
