A

osteoarthirits-could just be in one joint, maybe there was an injury
psoriatic arthritis ( early sign)-gradual
Septic arthritis- come on quickly, red, swollen
gout
reactive arthritis

A

Is there evidence of inflammatory joint/muscle condition?
Are systems outwit the MSK system affected?

What would suggest the mucocutaneous system is affected?

A

Alopecia, oral or nasal ulceration, nosebleeds, malaria rash,photosensitivive rash, dry mouth, tightening or thickening of the skin of the fingers that suggest sclerodactyly
