With similarities and differences where there between Solomon and Jesus when it came to money?
When was fabulously wealthy, the other was poor by all standards. But they both had a balanced view of money.

How do we know if Jesus enjoyed good things?
He enjoyed food and drink, he made wine of the finest quality, he had an expensive garment.
Mt 6:24
“No one can slave for two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will stick to the one and despise the other. You cannot slave for God and for Riches.
Mt 6:31,32
So never be anxious and say, ‘What are we to eat?’ or, ‘What are we to drink?’ or, ‘What are we to wear?’ For all these are the things the nations are eagerly pursuing. Your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things.

Keep on, then, seeking first the Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these other things will be added to you.
How did your brother named Danielle feel about his material sacrifices?
How could money replace the friendships I’ve cultivated?
How could it replace the satisfaction I have from knowing that I’m putting the Kingdom first?
There’s no amount of money that could equal the blessings Jehovah has given me.

But those who are determined to be rich fall into temptation and a snare and many senseless and harmful desires that plunge men into destruction and ruin. For the love of money is a root of all sorts of injurious things, and by reaching out for this love some have been led astray from the faith and have stabbed themselves all over with many pains.
