A

on utilise “en être”, toujours avec le pronom EN, pour dire à quelle étape on est d’une situation. Par exemple, si quelqu’un vous demande jusqu’à quelle page vous avez lu un livre, il va dire : “Où tu en es du livre ?” et vous pourrez répondre “J’en suis à la page 50”, “J’en suis à la moitié”, etc.
