What is MS Azure?

What is LCS?
Lifecycle Services is a Microsoft Azure-based collaboration portal (workspace) that provides a unifying, collaborative environment along with a set of regularly updated services that can help you manage the application lifecycle of your Dynamics 365 implementations.
What is the goal of LCS?
The goal of LCS is to provide the right information at the right time to the right people.
What are the benefits of LCS?
In addition, LCS helps ensure repeatable, predictable success with each rollout of an implementation, update or upgrade. By providing a collaborative workspace that can be used by both customers and partners either separately or together LCS enables (1) closer collaboration, (2) helps speed up implementation and (3) reduces the time to value.

What is a workflow?
Helps you manage your business processes as a way to help route documents for review and approval.
Workflow is defined in 2 ways within Dynamics for Operations.
A workflow is a system. Create individual workflows or automate business processes.
A workflow is a business process. It defines how a document flows or moves through the system by showing who must complete a task, make a decision or approve a document.
How do you start a workflow?
Complete a task.
What is the workflow editor?
A visual way to design workflows. Similar to how you model a business process using Visio. It’s a graphical interface you can use to create workflows by arranging their elements on a design surface.
What is the action pane?
Buttons for navigation, copying and pasting and configuring properties.
What are the workflow elements?
items used to build your business process or workflow.
What is the canvas?
Main area where you arrange the workflow elements.
Can you have child elements?
Yes, for e.g., there may be more than 1 approval step.
