- enlargement of left lobe of pancreas as inciting event

regarding the changes within the spleen & liver there is (are)
- Multiple hypoechoic nodules & masses
- Increased echogenicitity noted throughout
- Multiple target lesions within the spleen & liver
- No significat changes noted

regarding the spleen there is
- large heteroechoic mass & multiple nodules with associated effusion
- multiple hyperechoic nodules noted along the mesenteric splenic capsule
- thrombus formation throughout the splenic portal vein
- multiple hypoehcoic nodules noted uniformly throughout the spleen
