  1. large heteroechoic mass & multiple nodules with associated effusion
  2. multiple hyperechoic nodules noted along the mesenteric splenic capsule
  3. thrombus formation throughout the splenic portal vein
  4. multiple hypoehcoic nodules noted uniformly throughout the spleen
