Symptoms: abdominal pain, AUB, hypotension
Testing: Transvaginal ultrasound
GESTATIONAL SAC CANNOT BE SEEN UNTIL HCG IS ABOVE 1500
- Do serial HCG until it reaches that level (not transvaginal ultrasound)

Question 2

Uterine Leiomyomata (Fibroids)

Answer 2

Symptoms: AUB, pelvic pain
PE: Irregular shaped uterus, firm, non tender, HEAVY BLEEDING

Lichen Sclerosis

Symptoms: thick, porcelain/ivory like sclerotic patches in minor and majora sharply demarcated by erythema

Diagnostics: band-like lymphocytic infiltrates and orthokeratotic hyperkeratosis

Complications: SEXUAL DYSFUNCTION, also need to biopsy because it can turn into vulvar SQUAMOS CELL cancer

Treatment: clobetasol propionate (corticoids)
