Problem solving
Obtaining information, then using the information in addition to what they already know to find a solution
Diagnostic reasoning
Process of determining a patient’s health status after you make physical and behavioural observations and after you assign meaning to behaviours, physical signs and symptoms exhibited by the patient
Clinical interference
Process of drawing conclusions from related pieces of evidence
Clinical reasoning
Used to describe the cognitive process of thinking about patient issues, with making inferences and deciding on the actions to be implemented in a particular situation
Assessment
Collection of pertinent data to the clients health status or situation
Diagnosis
The nurse analyzed the assessment data in order to determine key issues and make clinical judgements in form of a nursing diagnosis
Planning
Creation of a formal plan that prescribed strategies and alternative to attain the expected outcomes
Implementation
This may occur by coordination care delivery, providing health teaching and health promotion activities to the client, consulting with other health care providers or providing medication or other therapies within the scope of practice of the registered nurse
Evaluation
The nurse conducts an evaluation of the clients response to the selected interventions and determines whether the interventions were effective

Structural racism
“Legitimized” and “ normalized” spectrum of attitudes, practices, and lilies that consistently result in bronco and continuous substandard outcomes for indigenous people
Cultural genocide
Destruction of structures and practices that allow the group to continue existing as a group. This includes seizing land, forcing relocation, reimposing them, denying basic rights.
