What are the main sections in a business case?

Answer 1

• First the problem/current state will be explained.
• Then, options will be given as to what can be done to remedy that.
• Finally, based on that, a recommendation will be given.
• What will follow on from this is the benefits and disbenefits of the recommendation, timescales and costs, risks, scope, success criteria, constraints/assumptions.
