Mittimus Order
An order issued by court addresd to jail officer or PRISON OFFICER to commit an offender for custody
Detention Mittimus
An order issued by the court addressed to the jail officer or CORRECTION OFFICER him to admit a convicted offender
Sentence Mittimus
A PDL shall be admitted in the Reception and Diagnostics (RD) of prison upon presentation

The receiving offuce checks the commitment paper if they are in order

The PDL will be briefed and oriented on the rules and regulations of the prison before he will assigned to the RD and Quarantine Unit
