Q

calibrating eyepiece graticule

A

Line up the eyepice graticule with stage micrometer.
count how many divisions on the eyepice graticule fit into one division on the micrometer scale.
each micrometer division is 10 um, this can be used to calculate what one division on the eyepiece graticule is.
