what to do if you do not have any information for title search
- you will need a civic address.

what is civic address used for
tax searches
provides information like:
1 legal description of the property
2 current taxes of the property
3 net amount of any arrears
4 any amount of TIPP(tax installment payment program)
manually performing title search (TS)
- to obtain a ts, you have to submit a service request requesting a status of title.
- status of title gives information like:
1 legal description of the property
2 legal owner and how he holds the title
3 title number, date it was created and orgination instument
4 current instuments and any encumbrances.
5 address for the service

you submit a different service request(sr) requesting the historical instuments/ encumbrances registrations.
it provied the information of:
1 the legal description of property.
2 list of active and inactive instruments/encumbrances along with their registration number.
what to do if you want more isnformation about a specific instrument
you file a different SR form requesting a status of information by providing the registration number of the status of title.
this provides information like:
1 legal description of property
2 who filed the instrument and when
3 type of instument.
