you can claim it back under The land titles assurance fund:
claim for compensation

but the rules are deterined by the real property act

the registrar and document examiner goes through the document throughly to prevent errors

if the document has any error, will be declined:
1 rejection fee is implied, paid by the firm
2 client’s file is delayed

once the document is accepted, proof of acceptance is received.
