Inferences applicants make that are subjective and intangible characteristics of an organization.
Symbolic Attributes
This attribute can be the image of the organization, organization’s friendliness, attention to people, organization being helpful and cooperative.

Utilitarian and functional qualities of an organization. These are physical and tangible characteristics
Instrumental attributes
(I - intensive exercise - physical and tangible)
This attribute includes pay, job security, bonuses, benefits, working hours, location.
