  • wear clean pressed clothing or uniform, shoes
  • ensure your hair and skin is clean, short manicured nails
  • ensure good oral hygiene. Ill clients may be nauseated with pungent smells such as garlic onions and certain spices
  • if you’re a smoker remember that iil clients do not want to smell smoke. If you need to smoke do so in the well-ventilated area remember to freshen your breath as well
