Cloud Computing (as defined in NIST 800-145)
a model for enabling ubiquitous, convenient on-demand network access to a shared pA(e.g., network, server, storage, applications, and services) that can be rapidly provisioned and released with minimal management effort or service provider interaction.
The difference between MSP and CSP
MSP - the consumer dictates the technology and operating procedures
CSP - the service provider dictates both the technology and the operational procedures

A party that makes cloud service available
