Module 1 Flashcards
A short discussion of the concepts, physical laws, and principles involved in each experiment
CONCEPT
the objectives of the experiment are presented in measurable behaviors which the students are expected to attain
PURPOSES
list of all equipment and materials needed in the experiment
Materials
shows the different equations to be used in particular experiment
Equations/ Graph
step by step course of action of the experiment; sometimes accompanied by diagrams
PROCEDURE
illustrates the set-up and with proper label of the materials used in the experiment
Labeled Set-up
the outcome of the experiment presented in tabular and qualitative form, Presentation of graph should be included here
Data and Results
presentation of calculations which include mathematical equations used and operation
Sample Calculations
the observations and analysis of data are expressed through questions and answers
Analysis of Data and Questions
general statements written after the experiment based on the data and observations; answers the objectives of the experiment
CONCLUSIONS
Application of concept or principle behind the experiment in a real world situations
Practical Application
a single that is determined to represent the entire set of data
Mean or Average
nearness or closeness of a result to the true value and is usually measured in terms of percent error
ACCURACY
is the agreement of a set of data among themselves
PRECISION
defined as the difference between the observed or experimental value and accepted or standard value and one way of measuring percent accuracy
ERROR
