What is spectrophotometry?

A

Spectrophotometry:
The science that uses light wavelengths to measure light absorption through a substance.

The two main wavelengths that are used in photo oximetry are:
Red light – wavelength of 660 nm
Infrared light – wavelength of 940 mm
