creative environment where risk taking is encourage (flexible, external focus)

mechanistic & organic
Describe a organic organizational structure?
org structure characterized by horizontal communication, low specialization, and decentralization
Describe a mechanistic organizational structure?
org structure characterized by centralized authority, formalized procedures, and specialization of functions
What is the McKinsey 7s Model?
a model that analyzes 7 key internal aspects of an org that need to be aligned to achieve objectives and improve performance (structure, systems, style, staff, skills, strategy, and how they connect to shared values (culture))
