5.) Ensure that there is no one near moving equipment.
6.) The permanent presence of the agent at the local control panel is mandatory until the end of the movement for the following systems: DDL, SDL, emergency door and propping’s.
7.) The crew member must not: Pass under the shutter of a moving fire barrier.

Face vehicles approaching the bottom of the ramp.
Position himself/herself so as to:
- Be seen by the vehicle drivers.
- Observe all vehicles.
Give clear hand signals when directing vehicle drivers.
Keep a safe distance from vehicles.
Stand between the wind fence and solid white line, with the wind fence post support between himself/herself and parked vehicle (where possible).
Be positioned in the oval area (described my attached drawing) at a maximum distance of 3 meters from the loader.
Ensure for the lower deck that the fire barrier adjacent to the first loaded carrier is closed until the end of the upper deck unloading.
Take position on the platform until the end of the unloading of the upper deck.
Particularly for Echo: In case of DD unloading on the same side, if possible unload the upper deck first in coordination with Delta.
The crew member must not position himself/herself between two moving or stationary vehicles.
What is the function of the dampers in the wagon?
Dampers isolate the wagons from the external environment:
- To prevent the spread of fire and smoke.
- To stop air from entering if there is a fire.
What does HVAC mean?
HVAC = Heating, Ventilation, Air conditioning.
What is the various HVAC operating modes available using the mode selector switch?
- Purging - Forced ventilation.
- Remote - Allows the HVAC to be controlled remotely.
- Open loop - Safety mode recirculates air (degraded).
- Air con - Normal mode during transit.
State the steps to be taken when arriving at the signing in office at the beginning of your shift.
