TalkBack - enable AND Activate Shortcut
Settings > Accessibility > TalkBack
Settings > Accessibility and turn on the Volume Key Shortcut
TalkBack - turn on/off
Hold the volume buttons for a few seconds
TalkBack - open Talkback Menu (^9.1)
swipe down then right
OR three-finger tap
