A

BMI 20-24, increased energy requirements, easily prepare foods, limit alcohol <2 drinks a day 40-55:15-20:30-45 CHO, PRO, fat ratio, protein 1.2-1.5g/kg, fluid 35mL/kg body wt (adult) OR fluid 30mL/kg body wt (older adults), small frequent meals, rest before eating, increase vitamin c in smokers, increase vitamin D and K in glucocoricosteroid users.
