- extremely dramatic and feminine
- manipulative
- present as passive-aggressive
- often have familial/marital problems
- poor prognosis for tx

A
Pa + Sc > 80; Pt > 65
- may have psychotic disorders (paranoid sz)
- socially isolated, suspicious, emotionally withdrawn, hostile
- most frequently seen in “all true” or random response sets
- if valid, D and Si scales can assist diagnosis of thought disorder and psychotic depression

A

- anxious, somatizing, dep sx, strong need for achievement + recognition, rigid thinker, dependent and passive in rships, from lasting ties
- anxiety, depression or OCD diagnoses
- do well in long-term therapy

A
- disregarding or laws and rights of others, narcissistic or selfish, low frustration tolerance, active, energetic
- immature and insecure beneath confidence exterior
- likely to be substance user
- diffs forming lasting rships (marital problems common)
