MIXING TIN:
- 1 scoop ice
- 1.5 oz orange juice
- 1.5 oz pineapple juice
- 1.5 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz triple sec
- 1 oz Cruzan light rum
shake 10 times and strain into a small tiki glass over fresh ice
- 0.5 oz myer’s dark rum
- place cherry and orange wedge in finished drink

MIXING TIN: -1 scoop ice -1.5 oz orange juice -1.5 oz pineapple juice -1.5 oz fresh lime sour -1.5 oz triple sec -1.5 oz Cruzan Light Rum Shake 10x, strain into large tiki glass over fresh ice
- 1 oz Myer’s Dark Rum (float)
- place a cherry and Orange wedge in drink

- blueberry compote
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 oz. Fresh Lemon Sour
- 1 oz Christian Brothers OR E&J Brandy
- 3 oz Black Box Cabernet
- Tumble 2 times, pour into wine class, top with ice
- Orange wedge in finished drink

- 3 oz black box chardonnay
- Tumble 2x, pour into wine glass
- top with club soda
