Unless you have license to do so then you cannot:
- import/export
- produce/manufacture
- supply/administer
- sell/offer to sell
- have any controlled drugs in possession with the intent of doing the above

No person shall:

• procure
• have in his possession,
• consume
• smoke

or otherwise use, any controlled drug

UNLESS LAWFULLY ENTITLED
