MEDEVAC duty crews will adhere to the FMP established in chapter 4 of this SOP with the following exceptions.

1. MEDEVAC crews on 25-hour duty periods can reset their duty day and flight hours to zero after achieving eight (8) hours of uninterrupted rest periods during the 25-hour duty period.
2. Rest period can be reduced to six (6) hours by the CAB commander to reset the 25-hour duty day and flight hours in combat on a case-by-case basis.
