Entry into NCIC will be made under the following circumstances:

Patrol can cancel a report for a missing person unless it has already been entered into what?
NCIC, then report will be completed.
Patrol cancellations. Local missing person: call records and fingerprint bureau to cancel… For missing juveniles:
There’s no criminal charges release to parent or legal guardian or transport to Child Haven or west care. If criminal charges are pending the juvenile be taken to ccjh.
For missing persons that are not local officer will contact communications to send an NCIC locate to the appropriate agency.
