seborrheic dermatitis vs keratitis
A
- Dermatits: proliferation of m. furfur on sebaceous glands –> yellow white scaling on scalp/face; tx is anti fungal shampoo or topic (ketoconazole)
- Keratitis: “wisdom” spots; greasy/stuck on appearance of velvety lesions; dx is clinical; tx is nada
