fixed kyphoscoliosis of thoracic spine w loss of lumbar lordosis on Schober test w restricted spinal movements

• anterior uveitis/iritis ; aortic regurg ; apical fibrosis ; achilles tendinitis
• erosions/sclerosis of SI joints > syndesmophytes along lumbosacral spine > bamboo spine
• sacroilitis also seen in other seronegative arthritis e.g psoriatic arthritis; reiter syndrome
• exercise ; NSAIDs; MTX ; TNFa inhibitors
