loff edak -> no palmar erythema ‘chronic liver dz’ , n dupyuteryn contracture ,, assess for asterixis = hepatic enecphalopathy and uremia
inspect axilla = acanthosis nigricans
eyes = jaundice , palor , XANTHELASMA
lips = angular stomatitis , central cyanosis , ORAL CANDIDIASIS

lymohadenopathy = for virchows node ‘gastric malignancy’
