Define Grade 3/4 AE

A

Grade 3: Severe or medically significant but not immediately life-threatening; hospitalization or prolongation of hospitalization required, disabling, limiting self-care ADL.

Grade 4: Life-threatening consequences, urgent intervention needed.

What are the details of our PD-L1 staining protocol?

A

Ventana platform, if tumours have greater than 25% surface expression of PD-L1 of any intensity, call it positive. Less than 25%, negative.

Define RECIST CR, PR, and SD.

A

Complete Response: Disaappearance of all target lesions.
Partial Response: At least a 30% decrease in the sum of diameters of target lesions.
Progressive Disease: At least a 20% increase in teh sum of diameters of target lesions.
Stable Disease: Neither PR nor PD.
