Parkland formula
- Total crystalloid for first 24 hours [mL] = 4 x Weight [kg] x Percent burn area deeper than epidermis
- Half of it is given in the first 8 hours and the other halv over the rest 16 hours

R-value = ratio of ALT:ALP normalized to ULN for each = (ALT/ULN) ÷ (ALP/ULN)
R >5 suggests hepatocellular injury, <2 suggests cholestatic injury, 2-5 suggests mixed
