A

There has been a history of vaginal bleeding plus or minus abdominal pain and on pelvic examination there is a cervical closed. On us examination there are no retained products of conception. endometrial thickness less than 15mm. Provide support.

There was maybe history of vaginal bleeding. On pelvic examination the cervical Os is closed. Yet on us examination there is no fetal heart beat- diagnostic crietreria for miscarriage positive. discuss options for miscarriage management.
