S256 (1) CA61 - Forgery
- makes a false document
- with the intention of using it
- to obtain any P/P/PA/B/S/VC
S256 (2) CA61 - Forgery
- makes a false document
- knowing it to be false
- with the intent that it in any way be used or acted upon, whether in NZ or otherwise, as genuine
S257 CA61 - Using forged documents
- knowing a document to be forged
a) uses the document to obtain any P/P/PA/B/S/VC; or
b) uses, deals with, or acts upon the document as if it were genuine; or
c) causes any other person to use, deal with, or act upon it as if it were genuine
S258 CA61 - Altering, concealing, destroying, or reproducing documents with intent to deceive
- with intent to OBD any P/P/PA/B/S/VC; or
- with intent to cause loss to any person
- alters, conceals, or destroys any document, or causes any document to be A/C/D; or
- makes any document or causes a document to be made that is, in whole or part, a reproduction of any document
S259 CA61 - using altered or reproduced documents with intent to deceive
- knowing any document to have been made or altered in the manner and the intent referred to in s258
- with intent to OBD any P/P/PA/B/S/VC: or
- cause loss to any person
- uses, or deals with, or acts upon, the document; or
- causes any person to use or deal with, or act upon, the document
S249 (1) CA61 - accessing computer system for dishonest purpose
- directly, or indirectly, accesses any computer system, and thereby
- obtains any PX3 or CLTAP
- dishonestly, or by deception
- without claim of right
S249 (2) CA61 - accessing computer system for dishonest purpose
- directly or indirectly, accesses any computer system with intent
- to obtain any PX3, or to CLTAP
- dishonestly, or by deception,
- without claim of right
S250 (1) CA61 - Damaging or interfering with a computer system
- intentionally or recklessly
- destroys, damages, or alters any computer system
- if they know or ought to know that danger to life is likely to result
S250 (2) CA61 - Damaging or interfering with a computer system
- intentionally or recklessly
- without authorisation
- knowing they are not authorised, or being reckless as to whether or not they are authorised
a) damages, deletes, modifies, interferes with, or impairs any data or software in any computer system
b) causes any data or software in any computer system to be damaged, deleted, modified, interfered with, or impaired
c) causes any computer system to fail or deny service to any authorised users
S252 CA61 - Accessing computer system without authorisation
- intentionally accesses, directly or indirectly, any computer system
- without authorisation
- knowing that they are not authorised to access that system or being reckless
