(4) Defence if proved that prohibit plant ways of of species Papaver somniferum and it was not intended to be a controlled drug

Use of premises or vehicle

(1) Every person commits an offence against this act who knowingly permits any premises to be used for the purpose of the commission of an offence against this act.

(2) imprisonment
(a) 10 years Class A
(b) 7 years Class B
(c) 3 years in any other case
