Oldest optical instrument
Eye
Light converges at a point when it strikes and reflects from the reflecting surface of the concave mirror. ALSO KNOWN AS CONVERGING MIRROR
CONCAVE MIRROR
The lens in which light rays that enter it parallel to its axis cross one another at a single point on the opposite side with a converging effect
CONVEX LENS OR CONVERGING LENS
A lens that causes the light rays to bend away from its axis

an optical problem that occurs when all incoming light rays end up focusing at different points after passing through a spherical surface.
