output of the caucus that contains the topics that will be discussed in the meeting.
Agenda
a gathering for public discussion relating to issues forming public opinion.
Forum
pertains to the series of meetings closely following each other.
Session
provides a record of all information not necessarily word for word but a summary of the discussion and action on all agenda items.
Detailed Minutes
recorded information of exact words of participants during the assembly.
