- Metastatic GI or head and neck malignancy

A
- unilateral, single 2cm neck mass
- night sweats, fever, wt loss
- loss of appetite, early satiety
- painless and movable mass
- no change in size
- no symptoms of hyperthyroidism

- N/V
- worse in morning
- fatigue
- polyuria
- missed menstrual cycle
- sexually active (even with condom use)
(Ddx here includes DM, hypercalcemia, UTI)

What are the symptoms of hypercalcemia?
A
“painful bones, renal stones, abdominal groans, and psychic moans,”
- increase thirst and urination, abd pan constipation, nausea, bone pain mc weakness, fatigue
