Mindset, state of mind that is fixed on reaching certain outcomes
Leadership: The ability to inspire, influence, and guide others toward a shared vision
Management: The process of accomplishing organization’s goals

Concern for Ppl, How much a leader values team members’ needs and relationships. VS Concern for Production, How much a leader values achieving tasks
