Dukkha. This is suffering.

Samudaya. This is origin/arising of suffering.
What is the third noble truth?
Nirodha. This is the cessation of suffering.
Freedom from suffering.
What is the fourth noble truth?
Marga. This is the path to end suffering. The eightfold path.
What are the three Buddhist wholesome factors?
Prajna (wisdom), Dana (generosity), Metta (loving kindness)
What is the R in RAIN?
Recognize thoughts and emotions. Notice and name them.
What is the A in RAIN?
Allow the thought and emotion as a present reality.
What is the I in RAIN?
Inquire about the somatic experience, the trigger/source, realitisticness, and need of the thought/emotion.
What is the N in RAIN?
