- In Small Blender, Add 2.5 Scoops of Hokkaido Powder, 2.5 pumps of Non-Dairy Creamer, 3 Pumps of Caramel Sauce, 3 Pumps of Caramel Syrup, and Blend Together
- Add Cup of Ice
- Fill Blender up to 625 Line with Black Tea
- Pulse Together
- Pour in Cup

- Fill Rest of Cup with Whole Milk
