Before they leave their assignment or transition from active duty
What is the time limit for recommending an award for a soldier?
2 years from after achievement
What action is taken when a soldier is to be presented an award but prior to the presentation the soldier commits an act that is not honorable?

Under what conditions can a soldier with a flag for overweight or PT failure receive an award?
If the act for valor or heroism, in addition is a soldier is retiring, they can receive a length of service award, but it must be approved by the first general officer in the chain of command.
When can a soldier receive two awards for the same act?
Never
When practice, how will badges be presented to soldiers?
In a formal ceremony, however a formal presentation is not required.
Who may recommend a soldier for an award?
Anyone soldier senior in grade to the soldier
What is the intent of the good conduct medal?
To recognize selected soldiers who distinguish themselves by exemplary conduct efficiency, fidelity.
